Rimkus seasons greeting

RIMKUS approached us to create their 2024 Season’s Greetings video, celebrating their global presence and the regions they serve. They brought us the idea of placing iconic landmarks from around the world inside snow globes, a simple but effective way to capture both the festive spirit and a sense of connection.

Our role was to translate this idea into a series of considered scenes. Each snow globe began with the careful selection of landmarks, chosen to reflect their unique environments. We focused on balancing scale and composition, while adding subtle seasonal details like winter trees and festive touches to complete each vignette.

To bring the concept to life, we used a linear camera rotation, a straightforward approach that gave us flexibility throughout the process. Snow became the final layer, adding depth and atmosphere.

TyFlow powered both falling and settled snow, with precision and movement guided by its operators. The settled snow was unified using the tyMesher, transforming particles into smooth, natural surfaces.

The final result is a series of quietly festive scenes that reflect the global reach of RIMKUS, celebrating the season in a way that feels thoughtful and warm.
